We are glad you asked! Our bakeries are audited and have the highest accreditations and standards for
food safety.
Accreditations include BRCGS, AIB, and IFS. For smaller bakeries which are not audited by these bodies, Earth & Wheat carries out regular audits to ensure boxes are safe and to the correct standard.
Our partners must pass all relevant standards concerning hygiene and food safety.
Furthermore, we may audit suppliers within the ingredients supply chain to ensure that they are operating to the same high standards we expect. This includes our ethical standards which we always maintain.
