Changing my subscription frequency

To make changes to the subscription frequency, the subscription must be paused. If your subscription is active, please follow all the below steps. If your subscription is already paused, please follow from steps 5.

1. Login to your earth and wheat account.
2. Click on 'Subscriptions'.
3. Click on 'Manage' under the subscription you wish to make changes too.
4. Click on 'Pause' and tick 'No specific renewal date, then click 'Pause the subscription'.
5. Once the subscription has been paused, you will now see a new button next 'Change' next to your subscription name.
6. Click on 'Change' and select the desired subscription frequency and click 'Confirm'.
7. Now you have successfully changed the frequency, it's time to activate your subscription.
8. Click on 'Unpause' and select the date to start your new frequency from.
9. 
10. Once selected, confirm and your new frequency will be set.
