You can cancel, pause or change your subscription order, and delivery details if you inform us at least 48 hours before your renewal date by contacting our customer service team at hello@earthandwheat.com.
If you contact us once the order has been placed, we may not be able to cancel the order, in which case your order will be dispatched, and no refund will be issued.
Please note that cancelling your subscription after the order is placed, will not cancel the order. This will cancel your overall subscription meaning no future orders will be placed.
You can check when your next order is due to be placed via your Earth & Wheat account and select the relevant subscription.
